Customers bring animal cages and provide eligible animal transportation


Criteria for cages for animal collection and transportation
a. Adequate cage size
b. Comes with cage cover
c. Adequate ventilation
d. Comfortable
e. Clean

1) For mice and rats, you can use a white fruit plastic basket 
Capacity: 20 mice/cage and 10 mice/cage
Cages with cardboard
2) For rabbits, you can use a cat cage with cloth/towels
Capacity: 1 head/cage



Handling of animals in transit
a. To maintain animal health conditions, animals are transported in closed vehicles not exposed to direct sunlight and adequate ventilation with a temperature of 10-18℃
b. Cages and vehicles used are clean and animals are treated by applying animal welfare principles during the shipping process
c. For long-distance travel, customers provide feed during the transportation process. Feed that can be given during transportation for example cucumber (high water content)

We only provide healthy animals to customers. All the health risks including injury, pain and mortality are customers responsibility 

1) Customers access the PPPOMN online service portal at sipopon.pom.go.id
2) For the first transaction through SIPOPON, the customer need to registers an account. For the next order, the customer logs in with the account that has been made.
3) The customer fills in the needs of animals according to the required specifications and uploads a letter of application for the purchase of test animals addressed to
     Head of PPPOMN
     Indonesian FDA
     including the information of:
     Customer Data
         a) Agency
         b) Name
         c) Phone Number Animal
     Data Order
         a) Types of animals
         b) Gender
         c) Age-Weight
         d) Amount
         e) Planned date of use of animals
4) The customer need to wait for confirmation of the date of collection of animals which will be set by the admin. If the admin has given the date for the collection of the animal, the order status will change and the e-billing code will issued at the same time. The deadline for payment is a maximum of 7 days after the e-billing code is issued.
5) Animal collection can be done Monday-Friday at 09.00-14.00 WIB (considering the time of payment for e-billing and animal packaging).
    The customer arrives on the date that has been assigned by bringing:
          a) Cage For long transportation, it is suggested to bring a cage with adequate ventilation as shown below. 1 basket for 10 mice or 20 mice
          b) Feed For long transportation, the customer need to bring cucumbers
              Note : We do not have any expedition facilities, animal collection needs to be done by the customer
6) The customer completes the satisfaction survey (SiKepo) on the computer provided at PPPOMN

In-Situ Calibration Services are performed at the customer's location, so the rates listed in the list of services do not include accommodation, transport etc.
Services at the Calibration Laboratory are performed at the PPPOMN Calibration Laboratory, after the calibration registration is approved and the Payment Warrant has been paid, the user needs to send the laboratory equipment to PPPOMN Calibration Center.

The calibration process depends on the type of laboratory equipment and the number of measurement points. In accordance with the Indonesian FDA public service standards, the issuance of a certificate is a maximum of 15-20 days (weekdays only) after the calibration is carried out.

The calibration service fee for each laboratory equipment is based on government regulations about Non-Tax Revenue and can be seen in the “List of Services” on the “Calibration Test” menu.

You are required to pay a calibration service before the calibration is conducted, right after Payment Warrant has been issued on the application with a maximum period of 10 days from the date of issue.

Payment is made by transfer / non-cash. Payment procedures can be accessed on the "Payment Method" menu on the dashboard.

Registration of your laboratory equipment is not accepted because of the following reasons:
 a. The measuring range of laboratory equipment is outside the scope of the PPPOMN Calibration Center services.
 b. The calibration standards for these laboratory equipment are under maintenance.
 c. The initial check that has been done by calibration team conclude that the laboratory equipment submitted could not be calibrated.

Fees that have been paid are non-refundable. Therefore, when registering for calibration, please ensure that the laboratory equipment is in good condition.

Yes, but the expedition fee is charged to the user and any damage during the shipment is outside the responsibility of the PPPOMN Calibration Center.
